Figure would have to increase stall speed to 2800, would that take the stock cam too far out of its efficientcy?
I would go with a bb te44 & 2400 tc, but the motor will have champ irons so thinking a little bit of a bigger turbo would be a better match...???

The turbine is the same in all you mentioned and will be the limiting factor. I've never seen a te60 run 130mph I have heard of that 60-1 compressor doing it with a larger turbine. Backpressure will be atrocious on your engine if you run a stage 3 turbine turbo with good heads if you plan on running the boost up in the mid 20's. Ball bearing 5957 on the shelf with Garrett .63 if you're interested but it will be a big time backpressure combo. It will spool faster than any other turbo available that will support 56-57lbs/min

What would help with back pressure, a cam with alot more exhaust duration compared to intake? ie 204/214 or ??? My current cam is actually speed pro cs1112r 194/204, figured close enough to stock to refer to it as such

More ex duration and later closing ex will hurt potential with backpressure. You need a larger turbine and a converter that will work correctly with it and will will open up the potential to make a lot more power. Ex duration at .050" doesn't say much about the cam. The stock cam has been low 10's.
