Finally, it has awaken from it's long winters sleep. At first it was groggy and sore. Then I took it to a parking lot behind a Stop-n-Shop and smoothed it's tune. Afterward, I made a long loop around the neighborhood back to the garage.

Along the way, a big Ford Power-Stroke Pick-up pulled along side me. He asked, "Does that thing have a turbo on it?" I said "No. It has 2 turbos on it."

Then the light turned green.

I forgot I was driving a true 9 second street car. For God's sake! It's been 6 months! The thing went sideways and I quickly lifted to straiten her out.

We pulled over in a parking lot to chat for a while. He was nice kid.

Summer has returned and my life has meaning again.

I've seen this car personally. Believe me, it's as clean and impressive as all the pictures.

Wow that is alot of eye candy. Very nice!
Thank you. However, most people on the forum have seen all these pics already in other threads. I was planning on taking some tonight after it's first spring washing. But I rushed it back to the garage due to the looming threat of rain.

Funny thing. I had a cop tail me for about 6 blocks today. He stayed right on my bumper. I wonder why. I never have any trouble with the local police. They are usually quite friendly and always give me a thumbs up. Most times I'll get pulled over so they can get a better look. I Know the car is loud. But I'm respectful and don't goose it on streets between buildings and at red lights.

He finally turned. :cautious:

There is a lot of stuff in there, I know. If this car spent most of it's time at the track it wouldn't need all that stuff. Drag racing is surprisingly forgiving. I have a lot of additional fans, coolers, gauges, and so on, because of it's extensive street use. I like long cruises and it occasionally gets caught in traffic jams.

Serious time and coins in ur car.Very well done.In the old days in California,we would call that a BITCHIN ride.

You would be surprised. There is no doubt plenty of coin spent on this stuff. But much of the things I have purchased are similarly priced to the stuff others have spent on there Turbo Regals of similar performance. I just spend more time playing with it's preparation, installation, manipulation, and application.

Now if you add up the hours I have spent working on this thing.......and you figured my time is worth 15 cents per hour...........then I have about 2 trillion dollars invested.:wacky:

wow that thing is ridic.. looks sick under that hood im jealous good luck with her
