Worst cylinder head failure we have come across to date! If you look at it from the bottom, it appears as if it were shot with a gun! The hole is cut through the combustion chamber into the water jacket, THROUGH the coolant and cut through the exhaust port floor AND outside of the head. It is also cracked almost all the way into the next cylinder. The pics are from my cell phone and they dont do much justice but you get the idea!

It is a Champion head on a 6 year old engine, lots of hard miles! The head gasket (Loc Wire) actually still looks pretty good! It cracked the piston on that hole too.
