it are good with pizza

Sounds like someone is hitting the beers early!!!

Something that's available nationally is Sierra Nevada Celebration Ale. Super high alcohol content, a few of those and I'm posting like Chris!!! :D

Mmmmmmm.....Hefe weiss. My favorite! Especially Franzikanner. There's also a Tucher Krystal that's good.

We had Great Lakes Christams Ale last weekend - that was good, too. I don't care much for Pumpkin Ale - kinda glad that's not a big favorite to try anymore.

Craft beers are awesome!

Happy Holidays!

Shari

corona and/or a big glass of soco and lime. no shots for me just give me a twisty straw and im set:smile:

edit, i do like hogaarden, that stuff glows in the dark!

The Blue Moon actually looks a little out of place in that lineup. The Widmer stuff is really good. How's the Hacker Pschoer?

Looking forward to some Dogfish Head 60 Minute IPA and Flying Dog's Snake Dog IPA waiting at home for me.

Blue Moon is a really good beer. It was a micro brewery in Colorado and I would drink it every time I went snowboarding. You could only get it in Colorado at the time. It was bought out by one of the big boys and is now available everywhere. Same recipe. Just a good Belgium unfiltered white wheat.

Franzikanner is in my top three! :p Yummy.

I love Guinness. Its like coffee. Dark beers are a whole other thread tho. :D

Corona, Doseques?, Sierra Nevada and a couple more 'Mexican' beers are actually Belgium recipes..owned by Belgium companies..just marketed as Mexican brew. ;)

Hoegaarden(who garden) is my one or two. Love it.

WHO NEEDS A HOLIDAY:biggrin:  :p

Thats what i was thinkin.

Ive had a few pitchers of guinness at the bar on a christmas night by my self  Its one of my top beers

There are too many good beers out there to choose from, i think ive only done a few tours at old chicago, that got too expensive and chance of getting in trouble.

So i stick with what ever is in front of me:biggrin:

Blue moon gets the orange and boulevard wheat gets a lemon.

Beer should not have anything cherry or chocolate in it. Beer should be beer not a foo foo drink. Just my .02:D
