I bought some stuff from him last week. Included in my order was a set of ARP head bolts. Well, the order came and instead of bolts there were ARP head studs. I called Jack and offered to pay the differance because I would prefer studs and at the time of the order I was short on cash and that's why I went with the bolts and he said if you're okay with the studs don't worry about it. Told me that was his mistake and that if I want the studs I can keep them! Talk about I stand up guy! He left no doubt in my mind that he would have done whatever it took to make me happy. It's amazing. I'm someone that doesn't buy allot of parts but he treated me as if I was a major sorce of income for him. I know it's been said a million times but Cottons Performance is second to none. Thanks Jack. james

P.S. I've ordered from him before and in addition to having great customer service this is the first time anything has ever been not as ordered. Thanks again. Two thumbs WAY up!!!
