Just saw this. Hurst Hemi OVER glass?
One of my all time favorite cars. A 65 Plymouth Barracuda was my first car. I think I've got a pic somewhere.
I got a chance to talk to Bob at the track a few years ago.

Wow ! Wasn't expecting that.

That was funny when he asked the names, but i'm guessing they went back and did that later, after they had recovered from the wreck, that was a pretty bad barrel roll.

Dude that sucks something fierce! Oh my goodness!!! I have always loved that body style Barracuda (solely because of this car)!! Actually got to see this car in person back when I was a kid! Oh man this makes me sick! I couldn't believe it, I'm like no no don't turn the wheel that way! And I still can't believe what I've just seen!! Wow he must sick about this! I mean so cool he's doing it at 80 and then this! I wonder if this was his tribute / campaign car or which car this was?? Didn't one just sell recently?? Man this just sickens me!!

Yep original 67 Hemi Under Glass $300,000 at Mecum in January 2014 (great play on words by the way Spool Fool)!

Hemi Over Glass and so it was too!!

I believe that the first Hemi under glass was a 65 Barracuda, with the big bubble, wrap around glass back window.



The later car(s) went to the newer body style.

Not that Leno doesn't have enough moolah to burn through his bucket list but, I'd say that'll ruin just about any experience. People and Motor are OK though, small victories.

Leno did a good of job keeping his arm inside of the car.......that could have been bad.

Jay needs to be careful. He's not a youngster anymore.I would hate to see him get badly hurt.

That was painful to watch but it is not the first time the car has been wrecked and I love that car.
