heres the deal my 1987 GN has very low miles....40k.....all orignal(priviously owned by my dad who still is the original owner of the car)

i want to upgrade.......i have came accrose a gerret stage 3 turbo...which will need a bigger stall of course...i plan to use the KB400(9/11) Torque converter...and i want to run the 3" single atr exhaust

here are my questions
-what down pipe will i need for this turbo or ne big gerret turbo?(upgrades)
-wastegate?
-what size injecters...taking it that i already have a KB AFPR.?
-where cani get a chip burned or can i use an after market ship?
-what tranny shift-kit to use?
-who rebuilds turbos?

thanks in advance

i will try and answer some of your questions.

here what i think you need:
-Terry Houston 3" downpipe(has a internal wastgate)
-MSD 50# injectors(good.....but expensive)
-Get a Joe Lubrant chip(he works for Precision Turbo)
-Art Carr makes a decent shift kit
-Precision Turbo rebuilds turbos

the single 3" exhaust is a good choice and fits nice. if i were getting a converter, i would get a vigilante L/U converter.i have heard very good things about them and i will be buying one here very soon. you can buy the Inj, Downpipe, Chip, rebuilds from PTE(precision turbo) talk to Joe Lubrant and tell him what you want and he will hook you up, and he can custom make you a chip to your specs. HTH, if you have any more Q's just ask.
