Just bought a 86 Gn....Where to start!??!

Im having trouble finding websites that carry performance parts for our motors!!! Ive tried ebay but only find some stuff. Where do you find parts?!?! Ive found several 11 sec recipes for the GN's but when i look for the parts im just hitting a wall!!! Heres what ive been looking for:

Red Armstrong Chip OR Joe Lubrant 26 degree race chip
Upgraded Turbo: Will any turbo work? (theres so many turbos )
Charged Air Systems stock location intercooler
Terry Houston downpipe with cutout

Before buying a bunch of parts, make sure you get the thing running right and learn what combination of parts work well together. Set a goal for the car, how fast do you want to go. First things you need are a fuel pump, hot wire for the pump, scanmaster to read the sensors or you are flying blind, adjustable fuel pressure regulator, K&N and maf pipe. The stock setup can go mid to low 12s with minor mods. The best bang for your buck is alcohol injection. Easily a 100 hp mod for only $500. My friends and I bought the car for a weekend drag car. We're not too too serious about it, but we would eventually like to do 10's in it. We're gutting the interior and going to try to make it as light as possible and do some good mods to it...... but we want to do it on a budget since we are only 20 yrs old and have bills and rent and what not.

I would really get the car running well in stock trim before you start throwing "go fast" parts at it. There are scores of write-ups on this subject. BLACK6PACK is exactly right, get those items he mentioned first!!! IMO, there is no point to go any further without those few, essential items. What shape is the motor/trans in now? Any mods on the car already?
