Just bought a 94 Lebaron.......

I just purchased a 94 lebaron and wanted to know if anyone has had good luck with them?

Mine has 93K with the V6 3.0 mitsubishi motor in excellent condition in and out.

The oil, filter, air filter, plugs and starter from what I seen, seem to look way too easy to replace.

Anything I should know (as I see alot of them on the road)???

Yes, the valve guides come loose in the heads and drop down the valve stem. This causes a decent amount of oil smoke. There is a fix. Chrysler said to cut a groove in the guide and secure it via a c-clip.

Not sure how machine shops are fixing them these days.

Thanks Jim, but I read that it was fixed for the 94 model because of the trouble in the previous years.

And I also know about the A/C locking up. I cant have that in this weather!

The 94's seem to be pretty good vehicals besides some minor failures.

This one is extremely well taken care of for sure!

Thanks for the heads up Jim or I would have never looked too far into the recalls and the other normal failures for this car.
