Got it from Extreme Automotive. Is there a particular kind of transmission fluid I should use over another?

Lonnie recommended type f to me a few years back. I have beaten my trans to death and it is holding up perfectly. I think he might recommend dex 6 now, but i'm sticking with type f

He does recommend dex 6 now but it's due to the synthetic being able to take the heat better before breaking down

recently got a Stage 3 from Lonnie. Dex 6 for street, Type F if racing is what he told me.........
