I've had a 60 over motor in my car for 6 or 7 years never ran hot or any ill effects very low elevens no problem really abused this thing hard keeps on going and love the extra cubes my ported heads big valves and 70 turbo like the extra cubes too don't worry about it if the 60 over issue is your only worry

op is NA so no biggie but there was a guy selling gm reman test motors (long blocks) off ebay a while back listed as turbo motors and these things had 40-60 over and 30 under mains ....these were not actually rebuilt by GM but for GM and the tags were stamped with the specs
the 60 over isnt the real problem for turbo its that the pistons are junk cast never meant to be in forced induction and ring pkg stinks , and 30 under cranks wouldn't be a big deal but the cranks weren't turbo cranks
