They're dreaming. J/K.

Beautifull car but what do you do with it? It's a museum piece.

That doesn't sound like a bad deal. A few years ago the price would have been over $100K for a GNX like that.

"never even had an oil change"

Don't think I'd want to start it with 22 year old oil in the crankcase.

being kept in the environment it has all its life, it's probably better oil than you will ever buy on the market today.

Considering one just sold at Barrett for $120k plus fees I'd say $95k is reasonable.

I wonder if it was really worth them investing in that deal,he didn't say how many were involved in it.

22 years seems like a long time to wait for a return on your money.

And if this guy is selling it for $95,000 after buying it from them i wonder how much he paid them for it?

If i had the money to buy it,i would have to drive it not just let it sit and look at it. ;)

John :)

the brake fluid level looks low too... I wonder if it was that way from the dealer, or if the rear wheel cylinders started leaking down...

Plus he said "ALL ORIGINAL" and yet it looks to have a replacement battery with the purple sticker. Looks identical to the Checker battery I have in the wife's 442. :D

its a powermaster , brake level is fine ...thats why they put a sticker on iPM units reservoir warning to read the service manual before filling as most would overfill , and to me it looks like the PM motor reserve side (pass side) is a little high , the driverside is for thel brakes

gotcha, was wondering about if that was just a common PM thing.

I wonder how much this 'cartel' paid in storage fees over the years?

Are the smashed in corners on the mufflers correct for an original GNX? I worked on one recently and it had the same thing.

I wish a collector like Harrah's would buy the car so that it could be displayed for all to enjoy. Unfortunately some private collector will probably purchase and the car will not be enjoyed by the public. I certainly hope the buyer will keep the car in it's current pristine condition. This is a great story.
