FIrst of anyone that buys and sells on Ebay knows there is sometimes a sellers advantage and sometimes there is a buyers advantage. It is the risk you take selling on Ebay if you dont have a reserve price.
Kenan James had an Auction on Ebay for a TUrbo and a set of injectors that I won. The buy it now price was $550 and the starting bid was $100 with no reserve. I Placed a proxy bid of $250 and no one else bid on it so I won the Auction for $100 for both turbo and injectors. Keep in mind he had the option to put a reserve price and end the auction early which he did none of. I won the auction fair and square. I offered to pay him an $80 bring the total with shipping to $200 even because this was in fact a good deal.
I sent a money the first MO for $120 and offered to send the remaining $80 (which I am sending out of good deed) after the actual turbo and injectors were recieved. I sent the money order immediately, below is the usps confirmation.

recieved it on Status: Delivered
Your item was delivered at 8:17 am on June 14, 2005 in CLEVELAND, OH 44118.

THis is the part that pisses me off the most is he asked to send a money order with no intention of sending the parts. I have emailed him several times inquiring about the status and as I am getting very concerned if I was getting taken here I have the lawyers at my job find out his info and they came up with his Job phone #, home Phone # and social security # and will help me in filing a fraud claim to have a police record on him. He finally replies to say...
" Ha, sue me for 100 dollars go right ahead cost you twice that to settle it. I sent those parts last week, before I moved. Thats right I moved to phoenix AZ. with my brother thats why I haven't been returning e-mails driving cross country thats why I was selling the stuff anyway. So I hope you get'em if not maybe you should sue the post office. Don't have a tracking number that cost to much so good luck."

Sure it will cost me more to file a claim and have a police record on file for him but the fact that employers will see mail fraud whenever they run a back ground check on him is sweet justice .

I am glad you decided to post this because it doesn't change anything, It just shows your an idiot. I want to sell you the turbo and injectors i really do but i am not going to give them away for 100 bucks. I don't care if e-bay says so. I told you that from day one. Then you replied you would sue me if I did not give them to you for that price. 100 bucks for a t-44 that I paid 375 for never used it had to pay 175 for a new housing then had it polished(50) and some 40lbs injectors i paid 150 for sell it for 100 dollars are you serious, NEVER. I mean no one can think that's fair, you sent me the money like that was going to change the fact that I told I wasn't giving it up for that price. Thats your fault I really want to sell this stuff but I be damn to give it away send me whats fair and we can deal if not I will see you in the peoples court. Also how many people have you really sued not many I am sure, but if you want to fight me for some sh1t that doesn't belong too you then bring it. Especially after I got screwed when I bought it, I will fight to the end dude and worst case I got your address to and family in philly I would love to visit . Do the right thing pay me a fair price or I will refund your money and you can have A good day if thats not fair then I don't know what is, so it's your move now.

Yes, it does show what an idiot you are! Go back and learn how to post on Ebay. I wouldnot have pursue this as much if you hadn't behave like an A$$hole and lied from the very beginning. If you are that desperate for the money then you can have it, I guess that is why you asked to send the $120 with no intention of sending the parts. Everyone will finally see what an a-hole and liar you are with no common mentality. If you sell on Ebay you should abide by the rules, that is common sense for decent honest folks.

The threats I have made is to go tru a legal process and convict him for his cheating actions.

$120 is 3 boxes of diapers and a box of baby wipes at costco for me! I sent him my money with good itention, live and learn I guess.

Dude depending on your reply this is a dead issue if you want these parts then lets negotiate price. I am glad we could resolves this matter because I dont like burning bridges I may need a falafal one day.I would have like to to have come to some type of agreement with you but that was impossible for $100 bucks. For the 3 guys that email me privately their support in this matter, I thank you. The racial slurs doesnot bother me at all because I am not from anyone of those countries. Local board members here in NYC knows me and know what type of a person I am.
Whenever someone lowers themselves to racial slurs, I think it shows their upbringing and that reflects not only on them but their parents as well.
