Okay forget the phenolic part, it's just orange rubber.

Accufab part should work fine if it looks like this vintage 1988/1989 Kenne Bell part.

Looks exactly like the acufab one I just replaced except for the color. I've had it over 20 years with no problems and rebuilt it on a time basis just like they do to everything on our airplanes. They don't wait for failure first.

That being said I replaced my original PS pump with a rebuilt unit for the same reason and the rebuilt one didn't work! I was pissed and put the original back in. I guess our parts aren't rebuilt to aerospace standards.
