Mine finally gave up the ghost and was stuck in the run position. Had to disconnect the ECU power by the battery..
Ended up being the key cyclinder.. the little VATS wires jammed it up.
If anyone reads this.. Do Not Force the cylinder trying to get the key out.. that will cuase boooo kooo damage.
