My weekend warrior only eats a couple gallons a year. I will happily sign the form and give em my OUT of state drivers license (matches my out of state plates) As long as I can still buy it, and the guy charges me 4-5/gallon, I'll be happy. Quit flooring it so much Tim and you wont' run out so quickly

CARB is already in a major law suit I believe because of their recent law changes for companies with diesel trucks. The law change was based off a report which was written by someone who lied about his credentials and has no official education, I forget his name. But he wrote a report describing how many people die and are effected by the population in the air, the big boss on the CARB board used this report as the basis for the new laws. EVEN ONCE DISCOVERED the reporter had lied about his credentials and has no official eduction, the board member STILL went on with the new laws regardless of the facts. Also this board member with held information from other board members about this law which is also another violation. Names escape me at this time but that's only because I'm not sober lol!
I can't believe this would be allowed to pass given the CARB's current position and admitted mistakes in the recent weeks. John and Ken on the AM have been allllll over this with their show in the after noon.

they can't be fired, are not elected, only the head idiots job is subjective to the political leaning of currant governor, so they, like the EPA, don't care about facts, just find something that agrees with their agenda and run with it.
