Knock Retard - When Do You Get Worried?

Obviously, 0 knock retard is the goal. But how much knock retard is considered mild? Moderate? Severe?

If your running fairly low boost I don't worry about 3* or less. Once I start to see 5* I let off and make changes to the car.

If you are running high boost (over 25 lbs) I tune for ZERO knock.
