Knock sensor torque spec. on modified engine

I realize the knock sensor is torqued to 14 ftlb, dry, etc.
I have heard a lot about “finger tight”, “finger tight and ½ turn”, etc.

I am not sure what “finger tight” is on a motor , so I was just wondering;
On a motor with double roller chain, roller lifters, do you STILL torque it to the same factory value?

Yes, the 14ft/lb's insures proper operation of the knock sensor.
