Graphics: Vga Ram 2mb Minimum
Hard Disk: 1 Mb Minimum
Rs-232: A Free Com Port (#1,2,3 Or 4 Without Conflicting Interupts) Is Required. If Your Pc Does Not Have A Serial Port Connection You Must Use A Usb To Serial Port Adapter Available From Fast As Part #30-7044.
This Means In Layman's Terms:
The Pc Does Not Have To Be A Top Of The Line Laptop.
It Does Require A Serial(com Port)
Or You Can Buy A Usb To Serial Adapter From Fast.
I Am Sure I Have A Laptop That Would Work.
Do You Have An Inverter For The Car.
This Is Used To Convert Your Cigarette Lighter Plug To Ac.
They Are Around $20-$60 At Any Parts Store.
Most Older Laptop Batteries Don't Hold A Good Charge.
It All Depends On Your Price Range You Want To Spend.
It Also Depends If You Would Use It For Anything Else.
I Have One Slow Laptop For My Car.
And A Faster Laptop For Home And Business Use.
