thats a compression test , numbers looks ok ..plugs not so good

leakdown uses an air compressor and a leak down gauge and the results are a %

Should the pressure be 100psi ? I read to put it a 30 to 49 psi

Ive always used 100

The plugs are not uniform along with other things I see.
The afr and timing needs to be changed
