Yes sir. I will perform the leak down next. I’m getting some vapors from breathers and not sure if it’s the E85 or something else. Thank you gentlemen
 
Tested passenger side. Very little to no movement

Personally his compression number all look good
Leakdown test will tell you if its rings , valves or head gasket on a cylinder that is low compression
Yes 140-149 has some split but the plugs are rich fouled and that can cause some split
I truly have idea what a E85 plug should look like, but those don't look so good.
I would think E85 could wash the cylinder down if to rich and give you some vapors. Is my thinking wrong here?
 
You want it 100psi so that you are representing compression. That way you will get a "leak" through the rings, or a valve seat etc. At 30psi you re not even making enough to show squat. I am sure you tried it at 100psi yes?
