I'm having trouble diagnosing a very lean condition off-idle and going to WOT. Mods are in my sig and I'm using Direct Scan and a WBO2 data logger. The car is an absolute pig pulling away from a stop sign and then it finally starts to scoot.
What I see on the log files is a lean "hump" (max AFR around 17.5) as the TPS climbs until about 11lbs of boost, then the AFR dives to the low 10's/hi 9's at WOT. I run alky, TT Alky Chip, and 18lbs boost max at the moment.
On Direct Scan, the O2 volts drop to zero in unison with the WBO2 readings going way lean. Once I get past the hump, the car runs way too rich. I've adjusted WOT fuel by -5.5%, which brought AFR from avg. 9.8 to 10.2 or so. Still way too rich, I know, but I'm trying to figure out the lean spike right now.
I tried correlating the DS readings with the WBO2, but the sample rates are off by 0.2-0.3 seconds avg, so it's a bit challenging to get a comparison graph.
I'd appreciate the help.
Thanks!
