Heres mine. Its kinda simple, but clean though. Could be cleaner. Id love to just yank the engine, and clean the crap out of the bay one day. But ill save that for when im REALLY bored. I still have a few more parts goin on this engine. After my timing chain, valve springs and radiator, Ill do the 'show' parts next. sandblast the alternator cover, new heater water valve, new hood insulator pad, new overflow/solvent jugs, and new afe air filter. Shell look REAL sweet then.

Thank you! everything you see there was powdercoated "not painted" along with the up-pipe, PTE i/c, and all brackets on the engine were also powdercoated.

Same here, everything is powder coated except my front cover and a like 3 brackets. I left the turbo alone since I am going to replace it with a TA-49 sooner rather than later, once I get it I will be powder coating the compressor housing silver as well. Costly now, but will pay for itself with longevity and ease of cleaning.

What can I say, I like silver.

nice paint work on the engine did you have it painted or coated?
