Lift for 4th

My trans is shifting pretty good except I have to lift slightly for it to go into 4th. Is this something that can be tuned by adjusting the TV cable?

All else works okay.

You can loosen or let the cable down a click.
Should do the trick.

after loosening the cable verify you didnt go too far.you must have a wot 2/1 kickdown @15mph.

...loosening the cable a couple of clicks fixed the problem!!
