lifter noise after rocker swap?

the car never made any noise with the stock rockers and shafts, then i broke the drivers rocker shaft, now i installed the Harland Sharp 1.6 setup and did the whole valve setup by geting the adjustments tight, then 1/2 turn. now it runs good and all, but the passenger side seems to clacking away... i thought the adjustment was off, i went though it all agian.

is it possible that some 1 or a couple lifters havent filled up with just neighborhood driving? thats the only thing i can suspect.
