lighting upgrades?

well now id like to. brighten the dash an headlights up so I can see them at night. I see kirban sells a harness for the headlights , but im thinking there must be more options now that work an don't break the bank,
so im looking for brighter. headlights an interior lights mostly the dash gauges.

I bought 5k hid headlights with new 4x6 housing for less than $100. I dont drive my car enough and especially at night to be spending all that money on these expensive kits

Dash are 194's mostly, use LED replacements Phillips are highly rated and there are plenty of others. Here's a list of lamps from the search feature which works well.
