Lights/ RT blinker issue

I seem to be having an issue with my lights and gauge cluster/lights. When I turn the headlights on my right blinker indicator light comes on on the instrument cluster. The blinker is not actively blinking and the left blinker indicator light is not on. Any ideas on what might be causing this?

there's a short from the park lamp circuit to the turn circuit in the front bumper lamp or tail lamp
the short isnt to ground so it doesn't blow fuses it just sends 12v into the turn circuit that has a lamp so that lamp glows
its usually in the bumper lamp because of corrosion
try replacing the 1157 bulb in the front bumper lamp , if that doesn't do it replace the socket .
