Limit Engineering Te-61

I am interested in this unit.. I acutally heard from a reliable source that this turbo DOES work with an ATR 3" DP With External WG. (someone mentioned it does not above) It has the same bolt pattern, etc.

My source also mentioned that this particular turbo is very problematic.. has this turbo been rebuilt? if so what went wrong that needed a rebuild?

It has about 1K miles and has not been rebuilt.

This turbo WILL work with an external ATR downpipe. The ATR downpipe with external still bolts directly to the stock exhaust housing on the turbo doesn't it MiamiTTA? IF this is the case it will bolt directly to this turbo.

The early TE-62's has some shaft breaking issues but this turbo should not have the same issues.

Yes, it will work, but he will have to open the WG hole and he does not need the actuator. He is probably better off waiting too find a direct bolt in without an actuator.
