here is a picture of the lower door panel i PM'd you about. I may have the tan speaker covers as well i will have to take a look. The backs of these have all the tabs holding the metal bars intact. I will take what you offered $$$ for the just the two lowers.

re: Door Lights

I also have a few sets of the door lights. 3 drill holes needed per side. you can use your old door panels as a template for the placement of the holes
The speaker covers also require cutting for installation.
If you are converting you will need the speaker and light wiring harness as well.
