Lock up convertor for 200r4

Need a strong lock up convertor that can handle mid 10's. Prefer 9 1/2 billet, but open to ideas.

I have a precision Vigilante Billet 9.5 lockup 3400-3500 stall speed Fresh from precision still in the box 0 miles.

Christmas special shipping $15.00, It was just sent in for a stall speed change it was a 3200 stall and they bumped it up to a 3400-3500 stall. I never installed it and because I keep changing my combo I'm building.lol
