I know I'm preaching to the choir but service supreme from Lonnie. I bought a stage 1 from Lonnie a little over a year ago and it has been trouble free and tough since new. However last Friday night at PBIR after a run I had no second gear. I contacted Lonnie and he called me back and after listening to my problem he said that it should not have occured and that he was standing behind the transmission. He said he would refresh the transmission and repair the problem, the kicker being at NO CHARGE. Needless to say I was taken aback. Being a week or so out of his 1 year warranty I was prepared to pay to have it fixed but without my asking for any warranty or consideration he offered his help. His dedication to his work and his unparalled customer service is why he is so busy and successful. He is, without his generous offer, the only transmission builder I will deal with. I know that fortunately there are several vendors who offer great service and products too but I was lucky to call Lonnie when I needed a transmission. Kudos to you Lonnie.
