looking for a T4 turbo with 3" v band

Hey all
I'm looking for a T4 turbo with the following specs:
3" v band
turbine ar lower then .78 (preferablly .63)
compressor inlet of 4" and outlet of 2.5"
also preferably a turbonetics (or precision, innovative, airesearch, etc)
