looking for car in CA 10k range?

I wish I had 20 to spend but around 10 is my budget. Do anyone know of a fairly clean car in this range?

I was thinking of checking out this one, although the ad is very vague.

Ralph here on the board has a clean lo. mi. 87 Regal for sale that needs a little work for about that money & was interested in it myself except for the non white paint scheme on the lower portion of the car. If you could deal with that it would be a good buy.
