Looking for GN Rear Axle-Kansas City area

I'm looking for a good GN rear axle, or actually any 8.5 inch posi axle that will bolt into my El Camino. I understand these could also be found in some Oldsmobile 442's, Buick Regals, and Chevrolet Monte Carlos. I don't believe the 8.5" rear was ever offered in the Monte Carlo, only available in the Olds 442 and Turbo Buick.

Ebbsspeed, if you purchase a GN or 442 8.5" rear and it does not have a posi carrier in it, I have one I purchased off this web site several years and no longer have any use for it.

Thanks for the correction! Someone on another board said the Monte LoCar's did, but I've gotten a couple emails as well saying they did not. Great board here, Thanks!

Also note that the 1984 hurst olds had it and the 1983 hurst olds did not. The turbo regals that used them were 1984-1987 turbo only, and the 442s were 85-87.
