Looking for some help with inductive delay with XFI

Hi, I want to start doing some testing with inductive delay settings, with the stock GN crank sensor. The spec is 96us, but, I want to know some numbers to aim for? Should I be putting a number like 25,50 or 200, 300, 500 etc . I just want to know a range the number should be in.

if the timing stays on target througout the rpm band it shouldnt need to be changed at all?

Well I was just looking for a range to use it goes up to 600 us, maybe someone can give an example of what they used. I'm not able to hold this at 6000 rpm in the garage, too scared...
