Looking for someone to Tune my GN in Virginia

Good evening all. I'm new to Virginia and would like to find a specialist out here to take a look at my GN and tune it. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Also, I have a question about my oil pump. I think it might be going bad. When i start the car the pressure is about 50-60lbs. When it heats up(190) or so, the pressure goes down to 5lbs at idle. When i'm doing around 2k RPM's the pressure is about 15-20 lbs. Tell me what you think. Thank you in advance!
