Looking for something stupid!!

If anybody has a car rusting away I need the green wire with the two plugs for the horns that go in the fender! I need the two plugs and green wire at least to the where it meets with the headlight harness! Thanks

Can you acquire the plugs and do the wiring yourself? If so you could really build/make a sturdy unit, just asking.
