Looking to replace T-top seals

I'm going to be starting this project soon before it gets worse. What do I need as far as parts for the worst case scenario? I can see obvious rust arond the front edges of the anti-rattle strip plates, and figuring my luck it will be elsewhere. The car is garage kept, so it may be just up on top but I doubt it. I need a complete list of parts, and supplying vendors/members so I can get the stuff ordered and in my hands before I start tearing apart...
