Lost compression at drag strip

Ok so i did have the orange wire unhooked, i didnt remember ever unpluggin it so i have all my lights coming on & fuel pump coming on so i tried cranking it & it just turns over with no attempt to fire, coil pack is hooked up, all sensors except 1 & i cant find where it goes. I will try to post a pic of that sensor but any ideas guys??

It was the crank sensor, just had it routed the wrong way, got it down & plugged it in & she fired but have a miss going on. New plugs installed, good msd wires. should i compression check?

Possibl air in the fuel system causing the miss? After it ran a while it went away! ready to drive it other than thermostat not opening & fuel pump running while tank is lowerd down & wont run when i jack the tank back up into place. I havent pulled out the pump yet to check the connections.. Any thoughts??

There's probably an air pocket between the thermostat and coolant. Sounds like the wiring harness is getting pinched.

i just cranked it up & its stil missing but seems to go away after warming up, or mayb im just hoping its going away, im gonna check out the pump for sure before i put the tank back in place.

The plugs on the pass side were kinda dark the plugs on the driver side are stil white like new, could this be why i have a miss? All injectors seem to be firing as well.. Any thoughts?
