Loud Rattle

My Buick soon is going to become the family car and it NEEEDS/ I need to keep it in good condition, but latley (yesterday) the car was making a loud rattlling sound when I was at a red light, but went away when I got past 30mph. It only happened 3 times, but it got me REALLY worried. It doesnt sound like a rod knock but Im NOT a mechanic. It sounded kind of like a rattling metal pan from the bottom of the car at a red light and it was LOUD. I rolled the window up and I could still hear it until a few minutes later of driving.... whats happening... is it a Death Rattle

You need to take it to a shop so they can pin point where the rattle is. You may just have loose bolts on the convertor. It's a fairly common problem.
