low alky light location

Where do you mount the low alky light ont he 87 gn? I cant figure that bad boy out for the life of me. I am probably missing something obvious but I am a visual person so pics would help if someone has some.

You remove the dash bezel and then remove the "low fuel" cluster. You can see it by using a flash light. You place the bulb in the empty recepticle behind the "low fuel" lens. You will install it just like the "power injection" bulb.

This is your kit Razor. I just got it from you on friday remember. Express mail to colorado. So it replaces the low fuel light?

Yes, it replaces the low fuel light on the left side of the dash bezel. The directions are very easy to follow. Also suggestion would be to solder everything.

yup that's the best spot for it! Hey Don something to think about on that low fuel led. When you jump on it or launch the car you'll get a quick flash from it as the alky is flying to the back of the tank and this is perfectly normal I know this... So out of the corner of my eye I'll see it flash real quick. Well with the led being red I had my mech. in the car taking it for a test drive. He gets into it and right away said oh $hit the brake light just flashed your powemaster is bad and got out of it. lol At first I thought it was the brake light but being at night I knew the red flash was just that low alky led and started to laff. So the fact that the led is red sometimes gives you that horrible gut feeling that the brakes are gonna go when you see that brake light flash! And us guys with the PM still running all know how that feels!! lol Just a little user suggestion maybe get some white leds for that low fuel led! Even considering that it's the most awesome mod everr for these turbo Buicks! I don't call it the alky kit.. I call it the knock extinguisher!

Yes.. there is no bulb in there from the factory

Haha no I read the literature but I didn't know there wasnt a bulb from the factory. That explains why my gas light never comes on even below the last line haha! I just thought the previous guy removed it because he has done some other stupid unexplainable things to my car. So thanks man now that I know I will get it all done. Thanks again Julio
