The C5 set-up would be cool to have, considerations of wheel size would play a larger role in the difference between the LS1 and C5 brake set-up.

I have 275/40x17 KDWs up front, and can lock them up at will.
(And with 285/50x17s out back, and going by the brake wear, both ends are being used heavily, ie nice slight blue ting to all the rotors)

Im gonna look at the hubs from a 98-03 S-10 pick up- i ve heard alot of the brakes are interchangeable with the GNs and im wondering if the S-10 hubs are usable with the LS-1 conversion.

FWIW, I used the earlier one piece rotors, and turned them down to make the hubs for my car, I wanted to add the front wheel speed sensors to my car, so that if I wanted to figure out an active traction control system, I'd have the necessary sensors.

*IF*?
I bought the whole set-up from the Parts for Sale section of this board. IF you want, you can do a search for it. It was $650. That's IF it's that important to. So there was no need for me to have an adapter made. It looks remarkably similiar to the ones mentioned in the T6P threads.

It was an open question to anyone. I wasn't implying anything by it. I was just curious as I am looking into this conversion as well.

Also, I had it backwards. The GM rotors suck. The autozone specials are the good ones.
