Hello I would like to know if it is possible to pose a turbo LT-76 ON 109 block

The iron heads don't flow enough to support the 76MM Turbo IMO.

The TA Heads will flow the most in a stage 1 type application.

It will work fine on a 109 with 3400+ stall and a t-brake. Overkill, but will definately work with the right tune.

half of the people say that they is too large and other half says that its ok

I think that it will work, it's just that a smaller turbo might work out better. With something like a 72, you probably won't need the converter so loose.

You need nothing more than a gtq70 any bigger will actually slow down the car, and get you into compressor surge. A few members are almost in the 8's with a 70gtq, so i think it will work for you.

Look at the maps and the answer is there....

I have to remove my lt-76 on my S-2, and my friend wanted to test it on his 109
