Lugging from 3-4th

I have a delayed shift or lugging from 3-4th gears. Do I need to adjust my TV cable or I do I have bad clutches?

when u say lugging do you mean its just a late shift? Do you have to let up for it to pop in at speeds below 55ish? If so its just the Tv cable being to tight most likely.

it's a delayed shift. I have to goose it to get it to shift at 45mph. sometimes it will go 30-45 seconds before it shifts properly.
