maf pipe install

I am thinking about installing a new maf pipe to replace my stock ribbed cloth pipe running in between the maf sensor and the turbo. I would buy the new pipe and get a k and n filter to attach to the maf sensor and get rid of the whole air box assembly. My question is, where would the air temp sensor be installed in my new set up? It is installed in the plastic elbow in my stock air box now right before the maf sensor, with the airbox removed, i have nowhere to install it. Any ideas? Thanks alot
