Manual Transmission / Turbo Motor

I know the GN was not offered with a manual transmission. But I was wondering if anyone has changed the TH for a 4/5/6 spd manual. Or maybe backed up a 3.8 turbo with a manual in a hybrid?

If so what's your openion? Or may just chime in with your openion anyway.
