I have a power logger and the GNX dash so my stock LED boost gauge is not connected. I found that without the gauge there was no 5v source to the MAP sensor. I spliced in the green wire to the MAP sensor to the 5v reference off the ECM. I now have 5vots to the MAP but power logger shows super high boost. The signal wire from the MAP show like 4+ volts all the time.
Could a ground problem with the black wire to the MAP cause these really high readings?? I can find a wiring diagram that shows where/how the ground wire is grounded only via the LED gauge.
I checked and it is the 3Bar MAP and power logger is set for 3Bar.
The Powerlogger has a calibrate function but it doe snot seem to work?
I read the write up on vortexbuicks on how to hook up the MAP for power logger to see this analog input.
Any ideas?
