Well if they need to comply...... Then what needs to be done and how much is it going to cost? I'm sure every racer that loves and attends SpeedWorld would be more then willing to give a good healthy donation to help keep their local track up and running and in compliance with local state regulations.

I'm surprised no one has blamed this on illegal immigration and/or Obama! .... But regardless, this crap is jacked up!!! Hopefully they are able to "comply" with this BS. I have a feeling that if we (racing community) had enough money, we could just "buy" the solution to all our problems.

Perhaps we should all chip in and offer Mary Rose Wilcox, Don Stapley and Sal DiCiccio a little "gift"..........

Better yet, Speedworld could offer up a raffle for something like a 2 year "no charge" gate pass @ $20 per ticket to raise funds to help them pay for things to get them in compliance. Do one for each venue out there.....

I'd buy 2 or 3 chances......maybe even 5..........

A raffle for a free pass?! Great idea, I would be in and I am sure that lots of others would be in too?

Or how about a "membership". Do these exist there? If not they should, I would be open to that as well.

It appears that Speedworld is going to be facing a long drawn out legal battle with the Maricopa County Planning and Development Deptartment and is reaching out to our customers and the motorsports community for their support.
The best way to show your support is by coming out and using the facility as you and your family have for the past 50+ years. If you'd like to go a step further or are unable to make it out to the track, we have created a PayPal account for online donations towards the "Speedworld Legal Defense Fund".
Any and all donations are appreciated and will be forwarded directly to the Rose Law Group on behalf of Speedworld. Please click the link below to make a donation. Your support is truly appreciated!
