Master cylinder question

yes, it's a stupid question, BUT.....
When looking at a plain 87 regal master cylinder , which port is for the front brakes? The front port?

Rear port of master cylinder to front brakes

Front port of master cylinder to rear brakes

Thank you. I'm wondering if we didn't hook them up reversed. My braking power is not as good as I think it should be, gonna check today...

The line fittings should be different so they should not hook up incorrectly. You should be fine the way it is.
