I bought a master cylinder with a larger bore for my t-type which has been converted to vacuum brakes. Hopefully I will be able to hold more boost and improve my stopping power at the end of the drag strip. The master cylinder is new and is for an 86 Caddy fleetwood (rear wheel drive). Can anybody tell me if the rod coming out of the vacuum booster that pushes the piston in on the master cylinder from the caddy is the same length as the rod from the normally aspirated V8 or V6 Regal?
